March 2025 4.00Positive: + Very helpful staff replying quickly when I had trouble locking the front door + Apartment was very nice + Washing machine and dryer - A couple flights of narrow stairs - Rubbish between front door and apartment door - I had to sweep the floor as soon as we entered because there was a lot of dirt and crumb like stuff - The location isn't great, Definitely isn't the safest area I've stayed in so check the google street view first

December 2024 4.50Complete, cozy apartment in Cardiff Positive: Complete and cozy room, with facilities and proper kitchen and cutlery. I loved the soft towel! And that I was given the 'attic' room, I love this kind of bedroom with glass windows of the roof. Also the view of the city roof from the windows. It was stormy after my first night, so the flat served as a good accommodation for a stay-cation! :) Communication regarding check-in and getting key was clear and prompt. No issues for these. The fish&chip shop next door and Tesco around the corner are very convenient. Negative: Minor thing, the corridor light is quite sensitive to movement, so it will turn on at night during sleep when there are people (neighboring tenants) walk (or their children thumped about). It woke me up a couple of times during first night. But I'm just being picky now. Another thing, the location is in quite a 'diverse' neighbourhood. My Uber drivers said that it wasn't a very safe area, one of them lived nearby and had their car broken into. That made me feel unsafe but on the plus side, there are so many authentic food places around, worth to try.

December 2024 3.00Nice little apartment for a short stay. Positive: Nice little apartment which was more than suitable for a two night stay. Host was excellent at sorting out the issue we had with the TV, really responsive. Has everything provided you need to self cater. Short 15 minute walk into the city centre. Negative: Location is a little rough round the edges, lots of shops but didn't feel very safe at night. We were woken at 6am by loud music coming from next door which went on for an hour and a half. Please oil the hinges on the bathroom door to stop the squeaking. Please also disconnect the light on the stairs from the hall lighting outside of the apartment. Whenever anyone walked up the corridor outside the light turned on inside the apartment, it was a bit like sleeping in a disco. Mattress wasn't the comfiest either. The bathroom is also really small. If you are 6ft 4 like I am you need to be a contortionist to use it without having the door open.

December 2024 4.50Lovely apartment, great host Positive: Location was great, 20 minute walk into the city centre. Apartment was immaculate and felt very cosy Host was available whenever we needed and info was given in plenty of time Negative: Mattress could do with upgrading soon, was ok but past its best.

November 2024 4.00A modern bedsit with all the facilities you require. Positive: A modern bedsit with all the facilities you require, located about a mile from the city centre. On the street is just about every type of shop you could require. Next door is the Clifton fish bar, lovely fresh fish and chips! Negative: Parking can be hit and miss, but there are plenty of streets near by to park in.
