Pretty good. Positive: Modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable flat. The bed was particularly comfortable. Easy access and good communication with host. Great value too. Negative: The local area isn't exactly picture postcard. The flat is above a fish and chip shop (very good fish and chips) and I was astonished at the lack of chip shop smell in the flat. There was however a lot of chip shop noise, the extractor fans running from 10am til 11pm was a favourite. Not the hosts fault and nothing that can be done about it. Just worth noting if you were looking for some peace and quiet.

My partner and I were looking for somewhere to stay when coming to Cardiff for the rugby. Josh was such an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with checking in and the accommodation was just what we needed. Very accessible to city centre and easy to find. We’ll definitely be coming back!

After being let down by another property at very short notice Josh was able to help. My partner and I had a lovely stay very clean and comfortable. If we were to visit the area again we would be more than happy to stay again.

Positive: The flat has everything you need. Plus Netflix and a good shower! Negative: The location doesn't seem very safe at night. I wouldn't recommend it to girls "solo travellers". The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Josh was such an awesome and responsive host!! Let us check in a couple hours early which we really appreciated!! The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Didn’t feel like the best area but was only 10 minute drive into Cardiff city centre so very easy!

Beautiful Stay in Cardiff! Josh was very lovely, communicated excellent from check in to check out. The apartment is perfect and fitted with little extra helpful amenities to give it a homey touch. Location is perfect, short walk to the city centre & train stations for exploring around the south of Wales. Definitely recommended. Thanks so much Josh ☺️

Apartment was in a really good location, only a 9 minute drive in to town. Perfect for two people and plenty of shops within walking distance. Thank you Josh.

Such a lovely flat, feels like the host thought of everything, lots of extra little touches, very good use of space; kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and cleaning products, making it feel like a home from home For the price I feel as though you would genuinely struggle to find better Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)

I had a lovely stay in Josh’s apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect- a short walk into the centre. If you are staying in Cardiff, I would highly recommend using Josh as a host!

We had a wonderful experience at Josh's space. It was the ideal size for two people, featuring a clean and modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials. If you enjoy walking, the location is approximately thirty minutes from the city center. The restaurant located beneath the residence stays open until midnight, which was fantastic for us since we arrived late; dinner was just a minute away from the apartment. We will come back next time when in Cardiff.

we had a fab stay at Josh's place. it was clean and had all the amenities you need. bed was comfy. property was within walking distance of Cardiff centre. we had a lovely welcome gift when we arrived which was a great touch. thank you Josh. josh was a great host, very receptive and communication was impeccable. we would defo stay again. price is comparable to hotels but you save money by being able to take, store and cook your own food. plus street parking. and check out is a decent time. we will defo stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay, I would highly recommend staying here! There are endless positives such as it being easy to find, walking distance to city centre, spotless from top to bottom, very comfortable bed, full of essentials such as pots, pans, plates, soap and etc, nice little balcony space, and so much more. Josh is incredible friendly and responds fast to any questions as well as providing clear information and instructions, Josh was more than happy to let us have an early check in which helped up tremendously :) I honestly could not recommend this place more. 11/10!! The one and only thing I would add is to include a fan or AC unit as at some points it could become quite warm in there. Other than that worth every penny! Thank you Josh! 👍

This airbnb was everything we wanted. It was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that were stated. The kitchen was my favourite part of the flat. The flat was also very close to the cardiff city center which made the location very nice! Would definitely come back here again!

Josh was very kind and responsive. His place was clean and tidy. When I first arrived, check in was very fast and not far from the city centre. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back here. Josh was also kind enough to extend my stay for a few hours due to an emergency.

Josh is the definition of an excellent host 🤝. I will definitely be coming back again. The apartment was very easy to get to and very clean. The bed was really comfy which some airbnbs don’t have haha. City centre is only a few minutes away, and theres loads of shops on the street outside the apartment so u can just get snacks n food from there.
