Hello, my name is Josh and I have recently set up a property lettings and management business with the support of my family and I am throwing my all into developing a high standard of short term accommodation in Central Cardiff, which I hope people enjoy and return to again and again.
I currently have four properties within the centre of Cardiff that I am proud to offer to new and repeat visitors to Cardiff.
Whether here for pleasure attending one of the many concerts or events in the Principality Stadium, Cardiff castle or Utilita Arena, visiting family, here on business or just enjoying a weekend away in the Welsh Capital then I have an apartment for you.
They're also only a short drive away from Cardiff Bay for anyone attending events at the Millennium Centre or the Welsh Parliament.
I am born and bred in Cardiff so know the city well so I'd be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.
I'm also a failed rugby player but am still very passionate about my sport for any rugby supporters that may be visiting and have even played matches at the Principality Stadium for those keen supporters!

Arrived slightly early- no problem. Josh was fine with this. Easily contactable when there was a slight issue with the key- someone came around and immediately rectified the problem. Very friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and has endless amenities. New bedding, WiFi. Everything you need. Location was perfect for us too. Short walk into city centre and Principality stadium. Really happy with our stay and would happily stay again. Many thanks.

Absolutely fantastic stay, I would highly recommend staying here! There are endless positives such as it being easy to find, walking distance to city centre, spotless from top to bottom, very comfortable bed, full of essentials such as pots, pans, plates, soap and etc, nice little balcony space, and so much more. Josh is incredible friendly and responds fast to any questions as well as providing clear information and instructions, Josh was more than happy to let us have an early check in which helped up tremendously :) I honestly could not recommend this place more. 11/10!! The one and only thing I would add is to include a fan or AC unit as at some points it could become quite warm in there. Other than that worth every penny! Thank you Josh! 👍

Josh was the perfect host, the place it’s self was pristine. Felt right at home here. Lovely little courtyard to sit in the sun. Close to shops and a short walk to the centre. Couldn’t fault it. We will be returning when we’re in Cardiff again. If you’re thinking of booking here, don’t hesitate. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus Josh was able to accommodate us by allowing us in earlier than the check in time. Thanks again Josh. :)

The flat was clean and modern just as advertised. Finished to a really lovely standard throughout. Walking distance to city centre and local shops on the doorstep. Couldn’t have asked for more, would definitely rebook if we return to Cardiff
